Shelving Beach is a 20min walk and Monkey Beach is a 45min walk from Fisherman's Beach on Great Keppel Island, both these beaches are an ideal spot for bush walk access snorkelling. If you want to get away from the crowd or don't feel like the walk our water taxi service can drop you to one of the quiet beaches on Great Keppel or the surrounding islands. Keppel Island Water Sports has wetsuits for hire and also any flotation equipment you may need for your snorkelling experience.
Kayak Hire
If your after an exciting way to get to the close snorkelling destinations or just want to go for a paddle with the kids you can hire our double or single kayaks ready to leave from the waters edge, our staff are happy to help get you started if needed and we have small and large waterproof cases to keep your carry ons dry.
SUP Hire
Stand up paddle board hire is available for those who want to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing way to cruise around the bay, we have a large quantity of boards available which are also ready to leave the waters edge for easy launching.
